Park Hall Helicopter Club in Association with Simply T-Rex 3D Competition
Park Hall Helicopter Club in association with Simply T-Rex are pleased to announce a major new event, a two day 3D helicopter competition on the 8th & 9th August 2009.
Following the successful two day pod & boom fly-in at Park Hall in May, many visitors commented on the lack of events in the UK this year and the committee members felt the club should do something about it. The club has the facilities and the experience of hosting events and the recent pod & boom was a major success with many visitors.
We are hoping to attract the top pilots with crystal trophies donated by Simply T-Rex and BAS Castings, a local engineering company. The final format is still under discussion but we expect to provide a professional venue and possibly flying for visitors between the events.
