Royal Mail First Class
This is the cheapest option for postage and is priced as follows:-

Orders up to the value of £99.00 £2.49
Orders to the value of £99.99 to £150 is £3.49
Orders above £150 £5.95

With Royal Mail First Class you have no insurance or guaranteed delivery time and if the goods should go missing in the post Simply T-Rex Ltd is not liable for the loss.

Royal Mail Registered Post (Signature Required)
This is the recommended postage option for most orders below a total order value of £150.00 and is priced as follows:-

Orders up to the value of £99.00 £2.89
Orders to the value of £99.99 to £150 is £4.89
Orders above £150 £5.95

It's not a guaranteed service, but you do get insurance of up to £32.00 If the item should go missing the post office is liable up to £32.00 and you are liable for the remainder.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - (Signature Required)
This offers a next day guaranteed service Monday to Friday delivered by 1:00pm and is priced as follows:-

Orders up to the value of £115.00 £4.95
Orders to the value of £115 to £198 is £8.95
Orders above £198 £14.95

Royal Mail Special Delivery includes insurance of up to £500.00 If the item should go missing the post office is liable up to £500.00 and you are liable for the remainder.

Next Day by Courier - (Signature Required)
This is a next day service Monday to Friday and is priced at £5.95 regardless of order value. This is not a guaranteed service and includes insurance of up to £150.00 If the item should go missing the courier is liable up to £150.00 and you are liable for the remainder.

Returning An Item You Are Not Delighted With

If you wish to return goods that you are not delighted with for a refund, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Then return your product (enclosing a note with your details and the reason why you are returning the item) in its original condition and packaging to the following address:

Please note that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage. Goods are returned at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund the value of the returned item less delivery costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Returning A Faulty Item

If an item is faulty, please return your product (enclosing a note with your details and details of the fault) in its original condition and packaging to the following address:
